On 25th February 1925, Alh. Shehu Usman Aliyu Shagari, Turakin Sakkwato, was born. He served as the Nigeria's President of Second Republic between 1979 and 1983 (Nigeria's first democratically elected president)  after the handover of power by General Olusegun Obasanjo's Milirtary Government.
